Human beings love remarkable statistics.
We remember the world’s tallest person.
The oldest living person.
The largest pumpkin.
The fastest runner.
Numbers are easy to repeat.
Stories are much harder.
For Kevin, 7 kilograms became the statistic attached to his identity before he had the opportunity to create one himself.
That is one of the hidden difficulties of becoming famous for something outside your control.
