Directions:
1. Blend the cucumbers in a blender until smooth.
2. Strain the cucumbers through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher.
3. Add fresh lemon juice and honey (or sugar) to the pitcher and stir until combined.
4. Add cold water and mix well.
5. Serve over ice and
garnish with lemon and cucumber slices. This will also help you lose weight.
