One of the most common myths on the internet is that visible veins in the hands are an early sign of cancer.
Currently, there is no medical evidence to show that simply having visible veins in the hands means that one has cancer.
Cancer symptoms vary greatly depending on the type and stage of the disease. Typical warning signs may include:

- chronic pain
- Changes in bowel habits
- Abnormal bleeding
The mere presence of visible veins is not considered a reliable indicator of cancer.
