What happens to your body if you start eating oatmeal every day

250ml steel cut rolled oats
500ml almond milk
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
1 large apple, peeled and cut into pieces
250ml unsweetened
applesauce Instructions:

Combine almond milk, oats, maple syrup and cinnamon in a saucepan.
Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until almond milk is absorbed.
Add applesauce and continue cooking until liquid is completely absorbed, about 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
Almond Butter and Banana Porridge

1 banana, thinly sliced
