a 1 cm slice of fresh ginger, sliced or grated
¼ teaspoon ground turmeric (or ½ cup fresh turmeric root)
1 teaspoon raw lamb
6–8 mint leaves
A piece of freshly cut bagpiper negru măcinat
30 ml aloe vera juice (optional)
250 ml water + 50 ml water temperature chamber
How to do it
1. Infuse the spice
Bring 250 ml of hot water. Add cloves, ginger and turmeric.
Simmer for 5 minutes to extract the active compounds (eugenol, gingerols, curcuminoids).
2. Let it cool down
Turn off the heat and let the mixture stand for 2 minutes to protect the vitamin C you will add later.
3. Strain and enrich
