Preparation method:
Blanching cauliflower
Boil water with salt in a pot, add cauliflower florets and cook for 2-3 minutes, then drain and cool.
Preparing the breading
In one bowl, mix flour, salt, paprika and garlic.
In a second bowl, beat the egg with the milk.
In a third bowl, prepare the grated Parmesan cheese.
Breading
Coat the cauliflower in flour, then dip it in the milk and egg mixture, and finally coat it in Parmesan cheese.
Frying or baking
Option 1 – Frying: Heat oil and fry cauliflower until golden on all sides.
Option 2 – Baking: Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Submission
Serve with your favorite sauce, such as garlic or spicy mayonnaise.
