Crispy cauliflower

👨‍🍳 Preparation method:

1️⃣ Blanching cauliflower
✔️ Boil water with salt in a pot, add cauliflower florets and cook for 2-3 minutes, then drain and cool.
2️⃣ Preparing the breading
✔️ In one bowl, mix flour, salt, paprika and garlic.
✔️ In a second bowl, beat the egg with the milk.
✔️ In a third bowl, prepare the grated Parmesan cheese.
3️⃣ Breading
✔️ Coat the cauliflower in flour, then dip it in the milk and egg mixture, and finally coat it in Parmesan cheese.
4️⃣ Frying or baking
✔️ Option 1 – Frying: Heat oil and fry cauliflower until golden on all sides.
✔️ Option 2 – Baking: Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
5️⃣ Submission
✔️ Serve with your favorite sauce, such as garlic or spicy mayonnaise.
