Quick cloud cheesecake – no base, no fuss, ready in 5 minutes!

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth (you can use a hand blender or a whisk).

Pour the mixture into a small baking dish, molds, or microwave-safe bowl.

For microwave:

Heat in the microwave for about 3-4 minutes (800 W).

Check with a skewer – the mixture should be thick but still slightly wobbly.

Oven version:

Bake for 20–25 minutes at 170°C (convection oven).

Allow to cool before serving or enjoy warm!
